Job Summary
Maintain safe adn secure environment for site visitors, members and the general public by patrolling and monitoring premises and personal.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Understand and carry otu oral and written instructions
- Determine identity and business of visitors, tenants adn base personnel
- Secure the premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring survellance equipment and access points and permitting entry
- Ability to walk, stand, run and climb over prolonged period of time, if needed
- Perform and utilize personal defense tactics
- Operate telephone and radio communications equipment
- Give direction and instructions telephincally to the public, members and visitors
- Recognize dangerous conditions about the premises and report/respond, in accordance with applicable SOPs
- Summon telephonically emergency fire/ ambulance/ medical assistance, when needed
- Competent in the handling and use of firearms
- Prepare clear, concise and complete written reports
- Complete reports by recoding observations, information, occurances adn surveillance activities
- Must be able to solve problems and de-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
- Maintain organization, stability and reputation by complying with legal requirments
- Drivers license
- High School Diploma/GED certificate
- Concealed Carry Weapon License
- Must be a US Citizen
- Physical Assessment Test, site dependent:
- 1 1/2 mile run within 17:30 minutes
- 19 full body push-ups in 2 mins
- Able to successfully pass a medical assessment evalutaiton
